Santiago has 15+ years of experience coaching executives, leaders, and teams to achieve performance. In that time, he has helped more than 150 organizations develop and implement programs and strategies that strengthen teams and maximize impact. Santiago also has expertise in facilitation, leadership, management, strategic planning, network building, and evaluation. Santiago is a coach for NeighborWorks America’s Achieving Excellence Program as well as a mentor for Stanford University’s Latino Business Action Network’s Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative. His previous work includes roles with Catalyst Miami, Watson Institute, and the Interaction Institute for Social Change.
