We specialize in serving nonprofits, foundations, and social impact enterprises effecting positive change in our world. We provide executive and performance coaching, meeting and retreat facilitation, and design of sustainable programs, among other services, in both English and Spanish.

In El Salvador, we provided executive coaching, consulting, and training for all staff as the organization developed refined their organizational structure to better support staff, program, and organizational growth.

SGSO Network

Secoya collaborated with the SGSO Network to facilitate and draft their three-year strategic plan, aimed at growing membership, expanding services, and establishing greater opportunity and structure within the network.

Palm Health Foundation

Over nine months, Secoya provided executive coaching to four program directors leading community-wide health initiatives focused on policy, systems, and environmental change.
